At SD analytics we specialize in the analysis of biomedical data. We combine medical and analytical expertise to provide actionable insights.


We offer statistical analysis of in vitro and in vivo preclinical data, as well as clinical data. Clients have used our analysis reports to make data-driven internal decisions, to support regulatory filing and patents.


The simultaneous revolution in big data and the available analytical techniques have changed the drug discovery and development space. We offer a range of bioinformatic analysis to support target validation, expression studies, and patient selection.

After a preclinical PhD, Sofie completed a master in statistical data-analysis during her work as an in vivo scientist with a mid-size biotech company. In 2018, she founded SD analytics in response to the high demand for data analysts with advanced biological degrees.

Dr. de Laat is an expert in pharmacokinetic modeling of PET tracers. He holds an adjunct assistant professor appointment at Yale University where he is responsible for the management and statistical analysis of clinical studies that are geared towards biomarker discovery and patient selection.
